About the Bakery

Fairlight Bakery is a Wholesale Production Bakery known throughout the Pacific Northwest for fresh, made from scratch baked goods. While cookies and cookie dough are what gave us our start, we also offer scones, brownies, sugar-free cookies, specialty shortbread and the all new Zac-O-Mega snack bar.

Since 1998 we have served hospitals, school districts and universities, catering companies, grocery stores and coffee shops. You may recognize our cookies, snack bars, and other products from your favorite café or school. We work closely with our distributors and customers to provide products that fit their needs.

We bake from scratch - without any added preservatives. To assure a fresh, chewy cookie every time, we use a nitrogen-flush wrapping that gives our cookies longer life. Our cookies arrive fresh for your enjoyment. We use only the finest ingredients and our products contain No Trans Fats.
